The Neighbors App, by Ring, launches a new category called Neighborly Moments, a new category that allows users to post videos of their neighbors doing 'kind acts'.
Description
The Neighbors App new category allows for users to post videos Disclosure from their Ring doorbell of their neighbors committing kind acts in the neighborhood Surveillance. This is done without the video participants knowledge or consent, leaving the decision entirely up to the Ring users' discretion.
