|Short summary introduction=NY GBS § 399-DDD Confidentiality of Social Security Account Number is the Section 399-DDD of the Article 26 (Miscellaneous) of the New York General Business Law. This Section regulates the rules regarding the processing of social security account number by persons, firms, partnerships, associations or corporations, not including the state or its political subdivisions, and the results of the violation of these rules.
"Disclosure of social security number" is regulated in the Section Section 399-DDD*2.
